New York Light Holiday Display
New York, NY | Inaba Williams
Designed to echo the form of the building, the prow of the steel tube structure of this temporary exhibition, framed the Flatiron. Visitors standing inside can enjoy these views surrounded by reflections of the immediate neighborhood from the hundreds of mirror-polished panels attached to the steel frame. For the city that never sleeps, animated LEDs illuminate the plaza at night, creating an urban room for passersby and performers.
